Before starting my coaching practice I spent ten years as a Human Resources executive at some of the largest Brazilian companies - where I worked in various capacities: internal consultant for HR development in a department stores chain; corporate manager for wages and benefits and analyst in charge of HR budgeting and financial control.
I started my career in the field of entertainment, as a producer, script-writer and assistant director of several short movies. I am the recipient of the 1986 Brasilia Film Festival Award for Best Original Short Script Award.
I hold an Executive MBA from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Coppead) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Literature from the Rio de Janeiro Pontifical Catholic University. I am fluent in English, which I learned during one year in New York City, in 1970.
